If you purchased Pro on iOS or Google Play and chose Continue without Email during setup, your subscription is tied to that single device. You can't sign in to it from another device until you add an email.
On the original device:
- Open the menu (top right) and tap Account.
- You'll see the Update Pro Account dialog: “To manage your account or sign in to another device, please add an email and password to your account first.”
- Tap Add Email, enter an email, confirm with the 6-digit verification code, and create a password.
Once that's done, you can sign in with the same email on any other device, up to the 5-device limit.
If you no longer have access to the original device, open a support ticket and we'll see what we can do.
